'Collide' Trailer: Nicholas Hoult Becomes Drug Smuggler Save Felicity Jones New Action-Packed Teaser

Nicholas Hoult is becoming quite the leading man and in his upcoming film “Collide” he gets himself into as many action-packed scenes as in “X-Men: Apocalypse.” A new trailer and poster for the upcoming movie has just been released and you can see them both here.

Directed and co-written by Eran Creevy and F. Scott Frazier, the trailer centers around Casey Stein (Hoult) and his girlfriend Juliette (Felicity Jones). After a fun night out that goes wrong, they soon find out that she is in dire need of a kidney transplant. To save her life, Casey is willing to do whatever he must, even if it means going back to the drug smuggling business.

Things take a turn for the worse when, after a heist goes terribly wrong, Casey soon finds himself on the run from a ruthless gang headed by mob boss Hagen (Anthony Hopkins). With precious cargo that belongs to Hagen, who will stop at nothing to retrieve it, Casey calls the drug smuggler and his former employer Geran (Ben Kingsley) to protect Juliette before Hagen gets his hands on her.

Car chases, explosions, fights and violence are to be expected. Watch the trailer above.

“Collide” was filmed in 2014 and saw troubles with the Relativity bankruptcy. Now, the movie is headed to theaters on August 19.
